My sister had a Winnebago itasca soliel 40 foot coach. Her husband passed away in September. We were helping her sell the RV. We were not as knowledgeable about it so everything was on a learning curve. We found out it needed to be winterize the RV. This was at 3:00PM. They asked us to be there at 4:30PM -
